   Hello, a quick question. Who owns the content of your blog? Does wordpress own the pictures etc. when you post them? Or is the owner of the blog also the owner of the content within?

   And how does uCan Post work? Is it then possible for EVERYONE to post? Or do you have to be a member? As the owner of the blog, are you responsible for what is posted and have the risk of being sued? If you want to post something on the blog, do you have to doenload the plug-in? Is it still the owner of the blog who owns the content, or the is it maybe the owner of the plug-in?

   Sorry for the numerous questions, if you don't want to you don't need to answer all of them. If everyone responds to something that they have some knowledge about we could soon know it all. Am I right?

   are you referring so self hosted wordpress.org installs? Or something.wordpress.com hosted sites?

   for wordpress.com hosted sites, check them out at http://en.forums.wordpress.com

   If you are referring to a self-hosted website using the wordpress.org software, the owner of the site owns and is responsible for everything. The use of the software, and the content, are in no way connected with, associated with, or owned by WordPress

   --I have no idea what uCan Post is, no info there

   I am referring to the free websites, such as "iwillblog.wordpress.org". Is wordpress then the owner of the content, or am I? And do you have to install anything to get started with the blogging, or can you do it directly from your browser?

   There's no such possible site - unless you meant iwillblog.wordpress.com

   Not if you want a free blog on wordpress.com.
