   I have the header title hidden, but want to move everything up a bit. I have figured out how to move the content, but the navigation buttons don't move and end up sitting behind my image header.

   I put everything back to how it was before I messed with things. Someone please take a look, I'm slowly learning here.

   esmi

   I did as you said. and I got the same results I got when I changed some things. The Navigation tabs did not move up. They are hidden below the header graphic. HELP PLEASE. I need both the body and navigation tabs to move up.
