WP Super Cache
White screen on settings update (2 posts)

Like others here, WP super cache has always worked fine for me, but I've suddenly started getting the white screen of death everywhere (although not 100% of the time - it's weirdly intermittent, varying between 50% and 90% of the time)

It hits the back-end most of all, particularly when I'm updating the plugin settings - VERY frustrating.

I'm not running any unusual plugins. I've deactivated almost all of them to try and solve this issue.

This issue started after migrating the site (which I understand has been an issue in the past). The plugin recognised a problem and said it was fixing itself. But when the problems started I uninstalled it completely: htaccess, advanced-cache.php files, cache folders, plugin folder and all. And then reinstalled... works fine for 5 min and then the the white screen starts appearing again.

    Anyway, any debugging suggestions welcome

Is there anything in your PHP or Apache error log? If you enable the debug log you might be able to figure out how far the PHP process gets before dying.
