   So I was stupid and changed the name of the theme I was currently using. Now my website has a white screen of death and I wonder how to fix it?. I tried renaming the folder of that theme to switch back to the default theme. But I still get a white screen

   You should still be able to get in to the admin if it is a theme naming issue, and once there WP will set the theme back to default for you. You can then go to appearance and set it back to your newly renamed theme.

   I just found out that after renaming that theme one of my plugins went broken. I've deleted that plugin and now everything works again. But thanks to take the time to answer.
