    I'm not sure which version I was using of Genesis. I hit the upgrade, plus the plug-in upgrade and boom. White screen. I can go back in the history and get a version of the site but nothing current. I have tried accessing the dashboard and the Admin. No go.

    HELP.

    Kindly check your error log / ask your hosting to check the error.

    Thank you, Grey Parrots. But where do I find the 'error log'? I am not able to access the site. Is it on my machine somewhere?

    Its located on your server.

    Kindly ask your hosting for this.

    You can also modify your wp-config.php file to show debug info:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    try:

    - resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Thanks, Everyone. We've got a version of it back live. So now I'll have to play with themes and restore its accessibility.
