White screen issue (6 posts)

    Hi guys,

I accidentally put in some code into the wrong place in the 'menu' area on the editor and I've been white-screened out of all pages.
Now none of the site pages work, and none of the builder pages work so I can't go back and remove the code that I put in the first place.

I'm using Vantage theme and the site is echoparkmedia.co.uk

Does anyone has a work around that I can get to the editor page and remove the code and everything (in theory) should work again.

Just tried logging in with Cyberduck and it came back with 'The connect() operation on the socket timed out.' as an SFTP and a connection failed with and FTP.

Can you talk to your hosting providers about that?

I think we're with GoDaddy, but I'll have to talk to the guy running it on Monday morning.
Is an (s)FTP my only option?

Yes, if you cannot get into your dashboard.
