I just uploaded a new theme through my dashboard. When I type in my URL, I just get a blank screen and I can't figure out how to get to my dashboard.
I was already logged in, so I am not dealing with a login
I'm not positive of the wordpress version.
use ftp client or host's file manager to rename the theme folder you installed
this will bring up default theme and allow you to log in and test

I went to my file manager and changed the names of 3 files because I didn't know which one to do.
theme-editor.php
theme-install.php
theme.php
This did not work. Lori
Rename those files back.
samboll said to rename the FOLDER.
Go into wp-content/themes and find the folder there. Just rename that.

Thank you! I renamed those files, changed the folder name and then uploaded a new theme that I like better anyway. Everything is working great. Thanks!!!
