White page in wp-admin before installing plugin

    Hi everyone,

    I don’t can access in my admin panel, but the website run perfectly!

    The problem appear before installing Risal Downloads 1.6 plugin!

    I have searched a solution in the web, but nothing solve this problem! I have try yo:
    – reset plugin folder
    – reset db table active_plugin
    – replace and update wp installation

    In the error_log file…
    [10-Apr-2012 07:13:53] PHP Warning: require_once(ABSPATHwp-settings.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home6/superati/public_html/bootstar/wp-config.php on line 90

    Any idea?

    Please help me!

    try disabling “Risal Downloads” plugin.

    If you don’t have access to your admin area, try deactivating plugins manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Hi t-p,

    thank you for you reply.
    Actually my plugin folder is renamed plugin.old and I have a empty folder called plugins in wp-content folder.

    Also via MySQL I have disabled all plugin in active_plugins table with a:{} code

    -have you tried switching to the unedited default theme (twentyeleven) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

    If you don’t have access to your admin area, then access your server via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
