WHITE PAGE! CANNOT USE WP ADMIN PAGE! USING BLUEHOST

    wheneve i’m trying to log-in to my blog, i get white screen. the website is http://www.brandknewblog.com/wp-admin

    my host server is blue host. i’ve been searching EVERYWHERE to find out what is going on with my admin page. i cannot seem to find any answers. can someone PLEASE give me a step by step answer to what i need to do.

    It would appear that you have, what has been termed the dreaded “White Screen Of Death”. But there is no need to despair, your host offers a comprehensive answer to that here.

    Report back on how you are faring, or if this does not solve it.

    Have you recently changed anything such as installed a new plugin or theme? If so, deactivate all your plugins by renaming the plugins folder via FTP. Reset the current theme and force WordPress to use the default theme by renaming the current themes folder via FTP as well. This should then allow you access to your dashboard. I hope this helps!
