White page after admin log-in (6 posts)

Hi! I was surfing around the WordPress plugin-page, and installed this plugin:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/anyfont/

After activating and installing, I uploaded a font (Calibri), and when I refreshed the page it all went white. Now when I refresh or log-in from any browser from any computer it gives me the same, just a white page.

I started working here at this Gym for about a month ago, and the boss asked me if I could fix their website (gym1-hammerfest.no). I have never used WordPress before, but it is pretty easy! It's just that I don't know the FTP-information and I have no clue about this myPHP stuff. Is there something I can do to find out the FTP-information or something that can fix this white page problem?

    Thanks in advance!

One of the solution is to remove blank lines in WordPress .php files which sometimes happens after WordPress upgrade.Try to clear your browser cache also try to deactivate all the plugins.

Where are those files located? Don't I need the FTP-information to reach those files?

Bumping.. The website was designed by a company at first, and I took over afterwards. Suddenly this happened, I have no clue what to do.

I am new to WP myself but it seems your website is run on http://www.pagelines.com/ software and I just thought I´d suggest you send in a ticket there too if you have the time.

As for solutions... I have no clue. As you say it would be easier with the FTP-information so you could manually check the .php files

Try removing the plugin by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Where are those files located?

    wp-content/plugins/anyfont

Don't I need the FTP-information to reach those files?

Do you mean the ftp username and password? Ask your host for directions or help regarding your FTP account.
