   i have seen this theme on many Sites, which theme is this?

   It seems like another magazine wordpress theme.

   Try to make google search for FREE MAGAZINE WORDPRESS THEMES, then you can find a theme mostly like that one, even better than that theme.

   It's custom, or at least they changed up the css header/theme name
