   Are there any premium wordpress theme directories that has monthly fees
   for themes besides paying for each one individually.

   I'm a newbie and the free themes I've tested are loaded with
   ads all over the place that are hard to remove.

   I'm looking for a theme site that supports you with a forum
   or email support when there's a problem that comes up.

   All the good premium WordPress theme vendors include support and updates when you purchase a theme. Some provide support for a set amount of time, while others will provide lifetime support and updates. Most of the ones listed here are pretty good: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/commercial/
