Which template for blog posts when static home page is set?

I have my site set to use a static home page. The page is using the “home.php” template.

I set my posts to show on the page I called “Blog” but it seems to also want to use the “home.php” template, even when I choose a different template in the edit page drop down menu.

How do I change it to use a custom template? I feel like I’m missing something easy…
