Which plugins would you recommend for this project?

I am going to jump into developing a site and wanted to ask which plugins people would recommend to get things rolling.

The site is pretty simple. Three user levels, Admin, Paid(subscription), and public. The site will be used to display stories about relationships. Public users can see a certain set of stories that the admin has ok’d, paid users can read all stories and also submit stories to the admin for review. The admin reviews stories, ok’s them or denies them. Stories will have tags that will be used for searching…

So to recap, three user levels, story submission by the paid user set, and approved by admin. Paid subscription that does not auto renew…

I think that covers it pretty well…
