   Which Plugin are used on this site?

   1) One which shows popular posts, comments, features, tags ?
   2) The bookmarking buttons at the bottom ?

   Please guide..

   2. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sociable/

   Sometimes you can figure it out by right click on the page and viewing source. In this case found the sociable thing, but the tabbed widgets is a guess...
