   Hi,
   to customize my static front page and category pages i need a plug in that shows top post preview or something like that.
   Someone could suggest me some performed plug in?

   You probably want to review the Template Hierarchy article and Templates as you don't really need a plugin to do that.

   Sounds like a "featured post" area on the home page. If so, you could try the Smooth Slider plugin.
