Hello, I’m simply a fool. How do I locally create, customize a web site and weblog without any php coding, but easily use pre-scripts, then releasing to the net? Simply I just want to have a script from wordpress installed and want to have a simple pre-script for my site, installed. I’m totally do not understand and too difficult for me to set wamp or xamp or else by myself. Please give me a simplest way or do me a favor help me to set everything.
