   My feed for my podcast that I made in podpress is
   http://www.myserver.com/podcast/?feed=rss2

   I also notice that podcasters use a short version like
   http://www.myserver.com/podcast/feed

   I have an account with feedburner at:
   http://feeds.feedburner.com/myfeedname

   My first question is which feed address do I submit to iTunes?

   My second question is if I use the SUBMIT TO THIS DIRECTORY feature in Podcast Setting in WordPress, will Feedburner pickup my hits, subscribers, visit stats?

   Depends. Which permalink setup do you have? It makes a difference since it changes your RSS links. See here for details.

   I'd submit the feed for your podcast category actually, not your main feed.

   Now when you say "You'd submit the podcast category" are you suggesting I submit this feed:
   http://www.mauricewatts.com/podcast/category/podcasts

   If yes, then wouldn't that skip my main page greeting that you see at http://www.mauricewatts.com/podcast

   ALSO: You didn't answer my 2nd question above.
