If you look at my site quickly in the upper left corner it has a blog promotion line that cant be there. dontdiecrying.com
If you try and access my wp-admin you will see what happens.
Which folder is the file in, what is file name, and after I fix do I upload it? How after I make the deletion can I implement it . I need the steps to restore PLEEEEEASE

Check header.php in your theme directory. This is a link to that blogpromotion site.
If it is there, delete it and upload the file to wp-content/themes/mystique
The headers allready sent warning indicates an error in php file with an empty line at the end or in such a file.
Check wp-config.php and your theme files.
