   As I say,which cache plugin?

   I was using Quick cache but,after I actived Better WP security my wp-config file has been 444 permission.And Quick Cache started giving report; " Change wp-config permission to 755 " but still caching my site.

   So; which cache plugin good with Better WP Security?

   I use W3 Total Cache without issue. You could turn off the option to prevent writing to the wp-config file which should eliminate this particular issue.
