   I've tried to get some help here for the past few days and haven't been able to get anyone to respond. Is there a phone number or staff we can contact? My site is hard down till I can get this problem resolved. I've looked in all the docs in the support forum and nothing there works.

   2. wordpress is free, the support here is free. As such answers might not necessarily come according to what you need. You want a phone number, and are willing to shell out some serious cash:

   Your other posts, for what its worth, save one ..are marked RESOLVED, therefore why is anyone going to read them?

   As for the unresolved one -- your post doesnt indicate ANYTHING about what one sees when they actually click through to your link. In other words, you havent updated the information within the post.

   This is a two way street. Not a "you give inaccurate or incomplete information" and "we magically pick answers out of the air" street. In other words, YOU have to work too.

   That may sound harsh, but that's the nature of free support. "Hand holding" opportunities are few and far between.

   some information would be great, but as whooami said, it's free, so be nice and you might get replies

   I have posted info on the problem
   I did not intend to offend anyone or to suggest there was not any support. I just have a serious problem with my site that I can't seam to resolve on my own.
