Where's the documentation? Why am I forbidden from your site?

Hi – this looks like a great plugin but I can’t access the documentation. The plugin tells me to get the documentation from this link (http://verysimple.com/products/hungryfeed/), but when I click on it I am forbidden!
Could do with a list of the shortcodes, please.
