   I'm tryin to instasll a few plugins but I have no plugins drop down menu on the lefthand side of my dashboard.I've heard mention of an administration panel - is this another name for the dashboard? I'm starting to think I need to upgrade to pro in order to use plugins. Can someone help me please? Thanks

   do you have a wordpress.com blog? because there is no "pro" version here.
