   Hi

   I would like to Word press to automatically create an RSS feed which is pinged around the directories when I post.
   What RSS would do this for me?

   I'm not sure you're stating your question properly. Please check out this link about RSS and see if that's what you mean.

   RSS allows FeedReaders to grab the latest content from your site on demand. WP doesn't necessarily send RSS feeds anywhere.

   Perhaps you are talking about pinging sites like Technorati or Ping-o-matic??
