   hi all,

   I made own widget using some tutorial, and it's only one file my_widget.php. Now I don't know how to install or add that widget to my page. I tried these methods but non of it worked:
   1. install it like I install plugins
   2. upload it to wp-content/plugins/
   3. make a folder name widgets inside wp-content/plugins/ and put it in

   I know it works cause it's just modified version of one using tutorial. Now I'm wondering where are other widgets that comes with WP, maybe I can put it there?
   My WP version is 3.3.1 and premium theme inside. Thanks

   It it is a standalone widget, it needs to be installed (and built) like a plugin.
