Where to plac FeatureMe Plugin code

The theme I have has a spot for Featured Posts. I downloaded the FeatureMe plug-in but can not for the life of me determine “where the appropriate place” is for the script. I’ve already messed the code up once and don’t want to mess with it again unless I know specifically what I’m doing.

I’m currently using the Tweetmeblue template at http://www.notationsonnonprofits.com. Does anyone else have this template, and could they possibly tell me where to place the code.
