Hi
I need to edit the index file in my blog.
Want to add a "Meta Tag" for a MSN Authentication. I search the site and found a stack of index.php and index.html - but none matches what I see in - View - Source - in the browser.
While I was looking for this, I noticed that my Blog doesn't have a page title - where can I enter a title?

You will need to get a feel for Templates which are among the files that compose your theme. WordPress uses a Template Hierarchy to determine what Template to use to display the asked for page.
You will also want to review Stepping Into Templates and Stepping Into Template Tags.
If you are using the WordPress Default 1.6 theme, look for the wp-content/themes/default/index.php file.
