    Hi there,
I have fallen for wordpress, bought an example.wordpress.com domain now known as http://www.example.com , and this is all done from within wordpress, so i am not talking about a wordpress installation on my own website / webhosted server.

Now i know what to edit in i.e. page.php it’s code.
But HOW and WHERE in dashboard..? i can not find that.

Can i download a .php file and have to upload it after editting in notepad? how and with what?

    Regards,
    Breand from the Netherlands.

Can you edit the file through the dashboard, Appearance > Editor ? It should be on the right among a list.

Wow, that is a swift replye! thanx!
Will check on it when i get on other pc, the one with the login for that wordpress webbsite.

I sure hope it is that simple! dashboard > apperance > editor > ‘pick a php file, change it, save’.
