Where the heck is the administration panel?

    I installed WordPress and I have been customizing my template. I figured the next step would be to go to WordPress.org and learn about it. The first step, according to the “instructions for beginners,” is to log into the Administration Panel, for which THERE IS NO LINK ANYWHERE. Where is it hiding?
