I have downloaded the WAMP Server which includes the APACHE server, PHP, MySQL, PHP admin, then I FTP my wordpress website and put all of the files in the www folder of the WAMP.

Now, I would like to download the complete database from GoDaddy and put it somewhere. However, I am unsure of the procedures of
downloading the database and connecting it to wordpress.

I read that I should use PhpAdmin but I don't have experience with it. Any recommendation.

Any ideas on how to do this?

    Thank you.

Just take a backup of your MySQL database from Godaddy server in .sql format. You can request them to export your database in .sql format. Once you get the backup, download .sql file in your local system and create a blank database from PHPMyAdmin. Then click on the newly created database and go to import tab. From here, you can import your database.
