   I am referring the black-grey horizontal bar on the top of the page, that has a little black-grey wordpress icon at the left.

   How to remove or hide the bar? OR
   How to edit default wordpress.org, wordpress forum link?

   You can turn it off in each user's settings - uncheck Show Toolbar
