   Hi there, I want to place a "verified" button on my page, and it says to paste some code where you want it to go on your website. Since I am new at all of this, and fumbling my way through developing my website, I have no idea where to paste this code, or how to do it. Please help. Oh, and there is no plugin for this button, I checked.

   Well... where do you want it? On the sidebar? Just make a text widget and put it there.

   I want it at the bottom of my page. how do i do that?

   You can paste it into the footer.php file in your theme.
   As far as positioning the button, you may need to have someone help you with CSS.

   thanks for your response. can you direct me to how to get to footer.php. sorry, i'm totally new to all of this. i appreciate your help so very much :)
