Using Firezilla I want to ftp a plugin to my wordpress blog, but have no idea how to do it. I do not see a wp-content/plugins area anywhere in word press. How do I do this? What do I enter in Firezilla to make it happen. Thank you.

    WHERE IS THE wp-content/plugins/ FOLDER?

Find your wp-config.php wp-content/ is in the same directory as it. So is wp-admin/

Sorry, but I'm a total beginner with WordPress. I have no idea where to find that file either, Whooami. Can someone give me step by step instructions, beginning from when you log in, where to find files. And how to FTP to them. Thanks!

Did you not upload the files? One would think you would know where you put them.

For instance, if you installed WordPress in public_html/blog, then wp-content would be in public_html/blog/wp-content.

Alternatively, if you don't know where the root of your installation is because you used a one click install program provided by your hosting company, then we can't help you as web servers don't all have the same directory structure.

Ok, I just went to your site. It appears you installed WordPress to the myblog directory.

wp-config.php is inside of the myblog/ directory, wp-config/ is inside of myblog/ also.
