   Every plugin instruction I read says upload the plugin, then go to Options. I can activate the plugin fine, I just can never find the Options. So I've been just copying the html into a text box. Am I missing something here? I'm on 2.5.1. Thanks!

   Are you referring to a specific plugin?
   Not all plugins have options, and the ones that do have their options in different places.
   Try posting in the specific plugin's forum.

   In 2.5 you might find it in "settings" instead of "options."

   I finally found it. Yes, under settings. I thought the plugin would automatically make a widget, so was looking for that. Apples and oranges. Thanks for the help!
