You’ll have to create a page with [guest-posts] shortcode.
Then the form will be shown on that page.
Hi,
I have created that page: http://quapi-kinder-kleding.nl/contact/klanten-recenties/, But it is not showing the form.

Did you inserted the shortcode?
I see it’s a blog index page.
Can you please try with a normal page?
Regards,
Babar.
Hi,
It isnt ablog-page. It is the standard Template from this theme that I also used for all the other pages.

Hi,
I have found out how it works. Needed to add the code to another page then it shows the form. How can I change the txt in the form to my language? I use the plugin CodeStyling Localization, but the plugin doesnt show there.

The plugin is translation ready.
There’s a pot file called guest-posts.pot inside the plugin package. Use that file to translation.
You can translate the file with poedit or some tools like that!

Not sure about the plugin you mentioned. It seems to only support .po/.mo file. You can try renaming the pot file.
And please be sure to share your translation with us, so we can pack it with official package.
