where is my theme

    I’m new. Bought my theme before getting my domain and host in order. GoDaddy domain and Blue Host. Now, with a lot of back and forth emails, I still can not find the darn thing. Latest from orgainc theme support was that they manually loaded it and I have to go to the theme forum and what???? I’m using a mac, does that matter? I have the free Hatch installed, but want the portfolio one that I have been billed for. I am a student and need to get my portfolio on line, yesterday. Any one out there? thanks

    This is an issue between your host and the theme developer. This forum does not have any control or information about either one, and do not support commercial themes. Sorry. You also should easily be able to install it yourself — either through the control panel provided by Blue Host or via FTP. I’ve installed a organic theme without any problems. If it’s a problem with your domain name, GoDaddy and BlueHost should deal with that.

    Organic Themes has their own support forums — for their paying customers — that’s you.
