Hi, I want to setup the Multisite feature of WordPress but I'm stuck at the first part of doing it. I can't find my httpd.conf. I've searched the web and learned that it is located somewhere the etc folder. Unfortunately, it's not there. Please, I want to know how to find it and If I really don't have it, please tell me if I should create one and how. Your help is very much appreciated.

That part of the instructions is there only if you have a VPS or dedicated server and know how to access that file.
If you are on a shared host, you do not have access to it. It is only used to help set up wildcard subdomains *IF* your host has not already done so.
Did you ask your host if they support wildcard subdomains? (this was also in the instructions)
