    Your http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adsense-manager/ says to get the newer version at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/advertising-manager/ but that link is broken.

    Where can the newer Advertising Manager be seen?

    I just checked that (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adsense-manager/) and it worked for me!
