   ... or is that "what in the world is wlwmanifest.xml" ?

   Running WP7.2 I get this error message now and then, but often enough to make me think it requires attention :

   "A user tried to go to http://mostpopulartoysforchristmas.com/wp-includes/wlwmanifest.xml and received a 404 (page not found) error."

   I don't see wlwmanifest.xml in the wp-includes sub-directory, so am not sure what my source for it would be or how to generate it.

   http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5023 is the only reference to the problem I could find, and might even offer a solution thru some zip downloads, but it's too technical for me to understand.

   I'd welcome understanding the fix in layman's terms. TIA
