Where does the subscribe function show up?

I just downloaded and activated subscribe2, but can’t find any trace of it on my blog. This is probably a dumb question, but where is it supposed to show up? Or what am I supposed to do to make it show up? I would like it to show up in the right side bar if possible. Also can I add a page that says subscribe and put it on there?
