Your module configuration is stored in your local database, in the *_options
table, in the jetpack_options
row.
You can consequently safely disconnect Jetpack from your WordPress.com account and reconnect with another WordPress.com account; as soon as you reconnect, all your data will be back.

so which things are stored in the Jetpack cloud?
Your Stats, subscribers, and Publicize information are stored on WordPress.com servers, as well as a copy of some of your site settings (like your site URL, your site’s permalink structure, language, …) that are used when sending out subscription emails or triggering Publicize events if you’ve connected Publicize to one of your Social Media profiles.
All this information is attached to your site URL on WordPress.com, so if you disconnect from a WordPress.com account and reconnect with another, your data will be back as long as you do not change your site URL.
