tyankeewhen i go into the admin section and edit a post and then enter a URL under 'trackbacks', i understand this sends an immediate 'ping' to the site in the URL and my post link usually appears on their site.. my question is: is that URL trackback link to their site supposed to show up under my post?? i DO show trackbacks under my posts but they are from when someone else 'pings' my post from their site..
i guess the whole trackback/pingback thing is a bit confusing and the documentation i found on the net doesn't answer my questions..
