Where Do I Insert the Basic Version Code?

    Arf! (Howdy!),

    I’m NOT a programmer, but I’m pretty good at “Cut and Paste”. I want to place the base version of your category cloud in this page:

    http://toolbox-4-websites.com/categories/

    That page uses a Full-Page Template, and is a sub-menu of my Primary Blog Menu. I’m using an Avid Child Theme that displays a “Theme Functions” template in the WordPress Theme Editor (along with the Stylesheet).

    First, Do I need to import any additional parent templates into my Child theme to enable you plugin?

    Second, what/which Code can I copy & paste into the theme editor to accomplish my goal. I tried to past this:

    <?php if (function_exists(‘byrev_cat_cloud’)) byrev_cat_cloud(); ?>

    and it froze up my website. I had to uninstall the plugin via my host server, and then reinstal the plugin. That code is given on your developer’s page: http://byrev.org/bookmarks/fast-category-cloud-wordpress-plugin/.

    Lastly, I’m trying to enable the base version on my Categories page ONLY. I don’t want it displayed on any other pages; and I don’t want to use the Widget Version.

    Hope this question is not too dumb. I’m just starting to figure out PHP.
