I have followed instructions on Yoast's website and looked EVERYWHERE in the plugin (newest version, just installed 1 hr ago) to find a place to put my Google analytics code. I cannot find it anywhere...could someone please help? Thanks so much!

It's not a plugin related question, not even a WordPress one.
Anyway, Google analytics code snippet goes into your page right before </head>.
Google analytics has its own support page and forum.

I know where to put the code on each individual page but when I have used the Yoast plugin in the past, there was a place in the settings to insert your analytics Tracking ID...

I don't see a place to put the Google Analytics tracking ID in the new plugin version.

You may be confused with the Google webmaster tools ID, which can be entered on the Dashboard.
Or you are looking for the Yoast Google Analytics plugin, which is a different plugin altogether.
