   Tags aren't the same as IDs. Otherwise, I don't think I know what you are talking about.

   The post ID is a unique number assigned automatically to every post. You can't change it-- well, you can change it by editing the DB directly but it will make a huge, huge mess of things.

   I think what you need is query_posts() or maybe you need to create multiple loops.

   i need to have posts in pages this seem like a really basic simple thing

   like here http://www.psdfan.com and most sites/blogs

   have lists of posts in there pages i used this plugin http://aralbalkan.com/wordpress

   but it doesnt always work properl somtime the entire post is there not simply the title and inro

   i hope you know what i mean and tx fo rthe advice

   dude smamboll i have this plugin but the dude who made it is un contactable for whatever reason

   its cool does the job but doesnt always work

   sometimes it displays the entire post not just the title image and intro

   @ samball do you have any experience with this plugin cos it doesnt work all the time cheers buddy : )
