   I scheduled a post for a time that's now past, and it hasn't been posted.

   I'd like to push the Publish button to publish it now.
   But under Publish, now my only options are Preview, Status (Pending Review, Draft or Scheduled), and Visibility, then Update.
   Where did the Publish button go? How do I get this post up?

   Thanks for any advice.

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
