HI,
I'm not particularly skilled in wordpress but I'm beginning to think something is wrong. On the dashboard it appears that I no longer have any plug ins. I checked my through filezilla and it says that they're all there.
Also, my homepage is completely messed up. In the dashboard it shows that I have all of my posts and pages and shows that none of my settings changed but my Homepage is just a blank template.

I use suffusion.
My host says that they can't help :(
Try:
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
- repairing your database.

What do you mean rename the folder? To what? I switched themes around in the dashboard and it seemed to work after, does this mean its a problem with suffusion?
Rename wp-content/themes/suffusion to wp-content/themes/suffusion-old but only if you're still experiencing problems.
