Where can you submit a bug report?

I found what I believe to be a bug/”bad thing” in Nextgen when upgrading to PHP 5.4. It just causes a warning, but it means a gnarly error will appear on your blog. I have a fix of sorts:
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like trac is currently being used for Nextgen, so I was wondering if there is somewhere else I can report the issue/see if I’m crazy etc etc.
