where can I report a plugin?

I recently noticed that my adsense revenue dipped considerably. Upon checking my adsense clicks I noticed an unauthorized publisher id pub-2941637122112958 which is coded into this plugin ‘All in One Adsense and YPN’ – apparently this plugin is adding its own publisher ID randomly to my adsense ads even if you do not specify a donation percentage. In my case, I’ve noticed a considerable drop in clicks, to the point of having my revenue reduced by 90%. This began to happen right after the last update. Before that, everything seemed normal “Seemed”, cause I honestly don’t know what this plugin was doing before that and how much money I’ve been losing using this plugin, which I’m assuming is quite a lot.
