I would like to get my API key for a blog that is NOT hosted by wordpress. Can you get one?
@shilpa123: I'm not sure what you are referring to, but no one at these forums actually changes anything for you, any settings, and no 'reverting back'. If you want to create a new account, that's fine, either way, you can't get an API key without an account at wordpress.com
@techgeek: You HAVE to have wordpress.com account in order to get an API key. You do NOT have to have a wordpress.com blog in order to use it. You can use the same API key on a hundred blogs if you wanted to.
